Java Twist Fashion Show

Finally I have time to post the Java Twist event by Batik Tembayat.. The event went perfect.. We started with a talk show and ended it with fashion show.. These are some moment captured.. Enjoy :)

They have 2 kind of collections, Stamp Batik which are made to a modern casual clothes and Hand-writing Batik which are made to a modern version of Kebaya.. First to came out is the stamp batik, followed by the hand-writing batik..

As you can see, all of the collections are made for the young generation so we can wear a traditional Batik with a modern touch without any concern about looking old fashion or boring.. So, what are you waiting for? Just grab one Batik and wear it.. :D

Road to Indonesia Fashion Week 2013

        

After having a great time at Jakarta Fashion Week 2013 last year, I'm going to go to Indonesia Fashion Week 2013 on Jakarta Convention Center starting from 14th February until 17th February 2013, which is next week.. Cant wait!! So, see you there girls.. :)

Java Twist

Omah Batik Tembayat is a batik house that my mother, Gina Sutono build 5 years ago.. Batik Tembayat sells many type of batik fabrics, from cotton to silk, from chemical dye color to natural dye color and they are all hand-painted batik..

Now, after 5 years of developing, she decided to make a clothes too and collaborate with designer.. They will launch their first women's wear collection on this Saturday.. You can attend the talk show, fashion show, and also bazaar.. All for FREE!! So, what are you waiting for?? Come and join us.. :)
